Quinns Districts Amateur Football Club is seeking sponsorship from local business owners, members,
players and supporters for the upcoming season. This year we have 6 teams registered. They include
a ladies side, thirds, colts, reserves, league and a men’s masters team.

As a community based club, we rely on members, supporters and sponsors to assist with the running of our
club, by volunteering time and or financial contributions. Sponsorship is required for training equipment,
team water bottles, team jumpers, player uniforms, player fees, team awards, supply of canteen food and
drink, assistance in supplying various goods and services for club functions and events, club insurances,
registration fees, umpires, etc.

Depending on the level of sponsorship you choose, you will receive advertising from the club on our social
pages (over 1000 families), banners displayed at home games, on our club trades and services directory
board displayed at home games and on team jumpers. Opportunities for you to promote your brand or
business at home games may also be offered through consultation with the club sponsorship coordinator.
For example, a marquee may be set up at a designated location for you to promote your brand and or
business. You may want to have staff present to hand out merchandise, marketing material or promote a
special monthly offer or competition. You may even want to display your products.
As a club sponsor you will be engaging with the community as well as displaying your commitment to local
community sport and recreation.

As a sponsor, you will receive club privileges (depending on your level chosen) which include being invited
to club social functions, tickets to our gala dinner, have the opportunity to present awards to players after
home games, (award sponsors only). Sponsors will also receive a sponsorship pack including games fixture,
club functions calendar and a club sponsorship polo shirt. All sponsors and their families are invited to
attend all games during the season.

This year we are introducing a new sponsorship level aimed at representing the many trades, businesses
and service providers who are already members of the club. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist the
club and become part of a network of other business owners, trades and services operating in the local
area.
